At YuMOVE, we want you to love your new wardrobe. If a piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
